100 x 19mm Redwood Reed & Bead Boards are commonly used to create internal walls and ceilings. Installed horizontally on to studwork, reed and bead has a tongue and groove profile and is commonly used to create traditional spaces. It is produced from Chain of Custody (COC) certified timber, and can be painted, varnished and stained due to its planed surface.

Machined in-house and kiln dried for stability, reed and bead can be supplied clear-vac treated to protect the timber against fungal decay and insect attack. Alternatively, timber cladding can be supplied untreated, or in Naturewood Green or Brown options for external applications (not recommended).

Note: If ordering high quantities of a certain length (e.g. 2.7 metres), it may not be possible for us to guarantee supply of that specific size and we may offer an alternative length to make up the metreage. Additionally, due to the machining process, timber cladding is smaller than the nominal sizes stated.
