Thompson's One Coat Roof seal is a modified bitumen coating developed to give lasting weatherproofing protection to a variety of roofing materials in a single coat.

The one coat formulation cures to form a flexible membrane that flexes with the natural movement of the roof, resisting cracking and splitting.

Added fibres give superior tensile strength and crack bridging qualities ensuring complete weatherproofing protection in a single coat.

Developed for application to damp surfaces the one coat formulation protects against light rainfall in minutes, giving immediate weatherproofing protection.

Suitable for use on a variety of roofing materials: roofing felt, asphalt, tiles, slate, corrugated metal, bricks, concrete and wood.

Ideal for use over flashings and in roof valleys.

COVERAGE: 1m²/litre - do not over spread the product as it will lead to inferior performance.

Effective immediately, fully cured in 24 hours.
