100mm Carcassing Timber (also referred to as 'rough sawn' timber) is mostly supplied with a smoother machined finish and eased edges. Typically used on structural internal work in a range of applications such as floor joists, boxing in and framing, our range of carcassing timber is slow grown for higher strength and durability. It is responsibly sourced from sustainable forests, Chain of Custody certified, and is strength graded to C16 in accordance with BS 4978:2007+A2:2017.

You can choose to have your timber clear vac treated (internal use only) for protection against fungal decay and insect attack. Or, Naturewood Brown and Green treatment (external use only) that is suitable for ground contact and protects against wet and dry rot.

Note: Some sizes in this range are not suitable for structural use.
