Electrical Counter Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at our 40-acre Main Sales Yard at Golden Hill Lane, Leyland.
C&W Berry Ltd is the outstanding product source for construction materials in the North West of England, everything from foundations to the roof!

Duties & Responsibilites
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serving and advising customers in a pleasant and effective manner
- Building relationships with existing and new customers
- Maintaining general cleanliness of work area
- Working to deadlines
- Merchandising
Required Skills & Experience
- Smart and tidy appearance
- Domestic or commercial electrical experience
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Able to operate tills and card machines
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to lift reasonably heavy loads
- Articulate and numerate
Preferred Skills
- Full driving licence
- 18th edition trained
- NICEIC registration or experience
- Domestic or commercial electrical experience
- Electrical trade or merchant experience
- Electrical Trade counter sales
- Computer literate
Education & Experience
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Mon – Thur: 07:30 – 17:00
Friday: 07:30 – 16:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Hours shown are the companies trading hours, on occasions the position may call for work outside of these and will be paid.
Salary: Up to £29,915.00 per year.
