Dependent on type, building stone and gravel can be used to create driveways, roads, and paved areas. It is also applied as pipe bedding or as a jointing aggregate to ensure adequate drainage is achieved in outdoor spaces around the garden. Not used for decorative purposes, building aggregates are designed to provide load-bearing support and to prevent against minor flooding.
