Planed Timber PAR (12)

Planed All Round (PAR) timber is machined to a uniform level on both edges and sides and provides a smooth finish that can be easily worked or presented. Available in a wide range of sizes, Planed All Round is used in non-structural applications where the look of the timber is more important than the strength or grading. Common uses include shelving, furniture, internal flooring, fencing, planters, pergolas, fascia boards and more (dependent on the size).

Sourced from slow-growing trees for enhanced stability, our PAR redwood is kiln dried and is supplied Chain of Custody certified. It can be painted, stained or varnished if supplied untreated, or clear-vac treated for internal projects to protect against fungal decay and insect attack. Alternatively, if the timber is being used in external environments, it can be Naturewood Brown or Green treated to protect against wet rot or decay caused by ground contact.
