Our double insulated meter tails are available in a range of conductor sizes and lengths for wiring the mains feed into consumer units and smart meters in dry or damp premises. Featuring a copper core conductor with additional PVC over sheath insulation that can be simply cut to length.

We have selected insulated meter tails that connect the service head to the electricity meter, running through the main fuse box along the way, that play a vital element in the powering of a dwellings consumer unit whilst certified to the highest British standards often with BASEC approval.

Our selection of meter tails from leading supplier PX allows easy replacement for existing or new installations and are suitable for surface wiring or embedded in plaster and offer light protection against mechanical damage.
