Proof coil chain is manufactured with rust-resistant carbon steel and is most commonly used for logging, as tow chain and for securely tying down loads.

Available from leading brand Eliza Tinsley and made from straight metal bars that are bent into an oval shape, looped together and welded shut to provide the strength for pulling stumps, pipe installations and other heavy-duty tasks.
