Door blanks are manufactured from a triple-laminated, solid plywood core that provides protection against fire and are designed to be cut down to fit in smaller apertures. Our range is supplied by leading brand Flamebreak.

Door blanks provide durability as they have a lightwood core for an extremely strong, flat and stable blank and they are suitable for machining and conversion. These blanks also provide increased versatility as they can be machined and converted, allowing them to suit any home décor, as they can be primed, painted or varnished.

We also supply PAR lipping for firedoors and these are designed to create a clean finish surrounding doors, covering the core of the door. The lipping gives the edge of the door the same colour and texture as the rest of the door and as well as providing cosmetic benefits, the red hardwood PAR lipping also helps to protect the core of the door.
