Intumescent Lock Kits (3)

Intumescent lock kits are available for sash lock, Din locks and dead locks and used in fire doors around the locking mechanism to help prevent heat transfer onto ironmongery rebated into timber door sets.

Manufactured from a high performance 1mm flexible intumescent sheet that is tested to BS EN 1634–1 and BS 476: Part 22 and suitable for both 30 and 60 minute applications.

Designed to protect ironmongery installed on fire doors without compromising the integrity of the fire door assembly whilst reducing fire hazards in the workplace.
