Rim cylinders are replacement cylinders that are designed to be used with most brands of night latches, which are surface mounted locks mounted onto a range of external doors. These surface mounted cylinders consist of a metal casing and a key-mechanism and are generally suitable for installation on 38-57mm thick doors.

We have chosen a range of rim cylinders from leading brands including Eurospec and Yale that provide standard security often with a 5-lever mechanism. Available in different finishes to match most traditional and contemporary settings whilst conforming to the highest European Standards that allow key access from one side of the door and are generally operated by a lever on the inside.

Commonly used in residential settings to provide a cost-effective standard level of security, with easy diy installation, and generally paired with additional mortice locks when fitted to a front door to provide increased protection.
